My Journey
Rosemary’s journey into healing has been shaped by both lived experience and more than twenty years of supporting others within the mental health field. Over time, her professional work and spiritual path began to intertwine, revealing a deeper calling to support healing of the whole person—mind, body, energy and spirit.
Known spiritually as Sister Goldenrod, Rosemary works with what she experiences as Divine Universal Light—an energy rooted in love, peace and transformation. The Goldenrod has become an important symbol within her work, representing a connection that flows through the energy centres and supports her practices involving energetic transformation, soul work and personal healing.
Her path has led her to become a Reiki Master and Teacher, Shaman and Medicine Woman, while also studying crystal healing and other traditional and spiritual practices. Each experience has added another layer to the way she understands healing, while her years in mental health have kept her approach grounded in compassion, respect and the individuality of each person.
As a woman of Afro-Canadian descent, Rosemary also brings an appreciation for culture, diversity and the many different experiences that shape who we become.
Her journey has never been about following one prescribed path. It has been about learning, remembering, transforming and bringing together the different parts of herself so that she can hold space for others as they discover what healing and wholeness mean for them.
The journey is not about becoming someone else.
It is about finding your way home to yourself.
