Intentions will be set prior to the Sacred Frog Ceremony (and at other times if a change is felt) which will reveal any possible blockages to be removed.  The intentions set and the integration the days following this event are very important. in fact, they can be more significant
than the ceremony itself. When doing our own transformational inner-healing work, it can be related to that of a compass. 
It will give you a sense of direction and clarity as to what is happening in ceremony. 
Without a healing intention, people often don’t know what they are purging / experiencing, so their ceremony may be
experienced as an incoherent swirl of information and emotions.

Coming from a scientific background, that it was logical to start looking for answers outwards as the “Truth is out there”.
