improving health, wellness, weight loss, stress relief, etc… Whatever the goal, hypnotherapy is an incredibly
affective tool to assist with reprogramming the subconscious mind on a deep level.

Mother Owl, was trained in Hypnotherapy many years ago and has assisted many
with the combination of the hypnotherapy combined with guided energetic sessions
and often prior to medicine ceremonies also.
Habits and continuous thoughts can be difficult to break on our own. In most cases, there is a battle
between your conscious and subconscious mind. The conscious mind contains logic and rational decision
making and our willpower which is actually only approximately 12% of our brainpower. That leaves the subconscious
mind with appx. 88% reign over us.
Hypnotherapy is not mind control; it is actually opening your mind up to a heightened sense of control.
It is not the hypnotherapist taking control but actually giving you control over you own mind. It is like a meditation that assists with utilization.
Using relaxation techniques, imagery and the power of suggestion, hypnotherapy is a fantastic tool to “reprogram our software.”
Online hypnotherapy
has become much more in demand due to the convenience of no travelling,
reduction in travel costs and assists environmentally). Relaxation in your own home
or choice of environment is also a huge benefit. For those that have a disability, lack of mobility,
lack of transportation, and many other positive benefits this is becoming more requested online.
Following the hypnotherapy portion of this session, there will be a short guided regenerating energies session (whether in person or online),
This will allow you to relax further and help with
balancing to help with the process that just occurred with your hypnotherapy and create balance.
Integration will be provided following the session and Mother Owl will be available
at later dates whenever needed also.

Hypnotherapy is a partnership based on co-operation between therapist and client
to achieve the changes desired.
In general, hypnotherapy is effective in a few sessions, with most clients seeing a
solid change towards their goals with
between 2-5 sessions (depending on the issues you are seeking to change).
What are the Benefits of a Hypnotherapy Session?
Hypnotherapy can be an effective method for coping with stress and anxiety. In particular, hypnosis can reduce stress and anxiety before a medical
procedure, such as a breast biopsy just as an example. Hypnotherapy has been studied for other conditions, including:
Pain control
Hypnotherapy may help with pain due to burns, cancer, childbirth, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, temporomandibular joint problems,
dental procedures and headaches.
Hot flashes
Hypnotherapy may relieve symptoms of hot flashes associated with menopause. b
ehavior change. Hypnotherapy has been used with some success
in the treatment of insomnia, bed-wetting, smoking, and overeating.
Cancer treatment side effects
Hypnotherapy has been used to ease side effects related to chemotherapy or radiation treatment.

Hypnotherapy may help treat symptoms of anxiety, phobias and post-traumatic stress.
What happens in a Hypnotherapy session?
First, you’ll usually have a talk with me to discuss what you hope to achieve and what will be taking place within the session. Once this has been discussed:
I will use hypnotherapy to help you towards your goals – for example, suggesting that you do not
want to carry out a certain habit. You will be guided into a deeply relaxed state. Once you have reached this deep meditative state, we will speak of
what you would like to have happen on a subconscious level.
I will provide a short guided regenerating energetic session. When this is completed, I will
gradually bring you out of the trance-like state.
Most people feel refreshed and relaxed at the end
of the session .
You are always in control of the session, and can snap out of the trance at any time, if you need to.
You cannot be made to say, do or reveal anything against your will. You allow yourself to go into the trance, to the level you are comfortable with.
You are aware, and able to recall, what is said and done in the session, just as you would from an ordinary conversation.
You’re fully in control when under hypnotic state and do not have to take on the therapist’s suggestions if you do not want to.
If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state. Hypnosis does not work if you
do not want to be hypnotized.
What can I expect from a Hypnotherapy Session?
Hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in which you have heightened
focus and concentration. Hypnosis is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and mental images.
When you’re under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and are more open to suggestions.
Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviors or to help you cope better with anxiety or pain.
It’s important to know that although you’re more open to suggestion during hypnotherapy, you don’t lose control over your behavior.
How you can prepare?
You don’t need any special preparation to undergo hypnotherapy. But it’s a good idea to wear comfortable clothing to help you relax. Also, make sure
that you’re well-rested so that you’re not inclined to fall asleep during the session.

What is the success rate of Hypnotherapy?
While hypnotherapy can be effective in helping people cope with pain, stress and anxiety,
cognitive behavioural therapy is considered the
first line treatment for these conditions. Some therapists believe that the more likely you are to be hypnotized, the more likely it is that you’ll benefit from hypnotherapy.

Shamanic and Guided Energy Healing Session
As a conduit for the channel of universal energies, a
