KAMBO
The first recorded use of Kambo in the western world was by Peter Gorman in 1980. In 1992 scientist named Espermer, was the first recorded studies on Kambo. The studies so far have shown that there are many bioactive peptides and have the permeability to cross the blood brain barrier. This medicine has been used in the Amazon for thousands of years and is referred to the “Vaccine of the Jungle.”

We invite you to experience an immersion into the sacred medicine of Kambo and
plant medicines combined with energetic healings and relaxation. We begin with Sananga and serve
nunu before the closing of ceremony. This is a unique experience guiding you to the healing power
and rituals of the ancient Matses tribes.
You will be assisted and supported by Sisters of Light, trained
healers/shamans within a safe, warm healing environment. They support Kambo,
self-administer or administer the medicine to one another to build the immune system,
cleansing and clarity and more.

During this time, we believe the ancient Amazonian frog medicine, Kambo, is a powerful gift from Mother Earth to help us thrive in this time. Kambo will assist to empower you against this and so many other forms of dis-ease even in times not affected by COVID. Kambo has dermaseptins that are natural polycationic peptides secreted by the skin of amphibians that play a key role in defense mechanisms against a broad spectrum of pathogens, including enveloped viruses (HSV, HIV, HPV, etc.).Through their amphiphilic nature, they destabilize membranes and are thus mainly “inhibiting viral entry”. At this time, this ceremony is more needed than ever as it is very popular currently with many undertaking private sessions also to assist with the immune system boost.

SANANGA
Sananga is made from the
Tabernaemontana undulate shrub of South America. They take the bark from the roots of the shrub and
grind it into a very fine powder, which they strain several times through mesh using freshwater. Not all of the active ingredients
have been scientifically proven, but it is said to contain
ibogaine, which is known to have neurological and psychological benefits.
It also contains several alkaloids that can have strong psychoactive effects.
Sananga has spiritual properties to clear our blocked energies, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. The more we work with the plant,
the more benefits we will start to feel from it. Sananga has been reported that with regular use it is beneficial to help people
with severe eye diseases like glaucoma, cataracts, and even blindness.
Sananga’s benefits include Antimicrobial, Antifungal, Anti-inflammatory, Antioxidant, and
Anti-cancer properties as shown below.
Antimicrobial:
Studies from
1984 and
2002 show that the species T. pachysiphon and T. angulata have antimicrobial properties effective against a variety of bacteria. The bacteria species targeted include Staphylococcus aureus, which can cause skin infections and respiratory infections, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a notoriously drug-resistant bacteria linked to pneumonia, sepsis, and eye infections
in people who wear contact lenses.
Antifungal:
A 2009 study showed that extracts of T. stapfiana was effective against
a variety of fungi species, including Candida albicans, a yeast that can cause thrush in the mouth and yeast infections in the vagina. While Candida infections are typically easy to treat, the fungus poses
risk to people with compromised immune systems.
Antioxidant:
The Tabernaemontana genus also has strong antioxidant properties. While nutritional antioxidants are widely known for their value in maintaining general health,
ongoing research also suggests antioxidants could play a critical role in preventing age-related ocular problems like cataracts and macular degeneration.
Anti-cancer:
Studies
dating back to 1977 have shown promising results that Tabernaemontana species could help combat cancer. The African species T. elegans was shown to be particularly effective at killing cancer cells.
Anti-inflammatory:
A 2003 study showed that T. pandacaqui had
fever-reducing and anti-inflammatory qualities and was also quite effective at blocking pain signals.
Matses Nunu/Rapé
Made by the Matses tribe from Peru with a mixture of sacred jungle tree barks and various sacred leaves for powerful journeying into the Amazon jungle. Also, commonly known as “Nu-nu” or “Nene” by the Matses tribe for use in their hunting magic.
This is a very special and rare type. It’s gentle, potent, and deep, which is made from toasted, crushed and finely powdered Mapacho leaves, combined with the toasted, crushed and powdered inner bark of the Macambo tree, a member
of the Cacao family.

We offer private one on one and semi-private sessions with Sister Goldenrod or Mother Owl. Each ceremony includes Meditation, Sananga & Nunuand and guided healings which will run appx 2-3 hours. There will be soup/light meal provided following ceremony, spiritual guidance, integration and meditation. It is recommended that there are 3 consecutive sessions however they can be provided separately if completed within 30 days.
There are medical documents that need to be completed and returned, no later than 72 hours prior to ceremony, but much sooner is better. Once we have had the opportunity to review and approve the documents, your commitment is required and the session(s) paid for by deposit or in full immediately. If the session(s) are not paid for, your space is not considered reserved. We will send an email confirmation and share any other
information prior to your session(s).

It is recommended that 3 sessions be attended consecutively in order for the best results for various reasons. We do offer single, double and triple sessions however.
Single sessions will take approximately 2-3 hours and Group sessions often can take from 3 – 5 hours.
Please also understand that the 3 sessions MUST be completed within a 30 day period from the first day of ceremony attended.
We will also send documents of preparation with the medical documents to be submitted which will advise any information about items needed to bring with you and any other details required.

Our group sessions will accommodate up to 8 people . We would greatly appreciate your arrival no later than 15 minutes prior to ceremony in order to get yourself situated and ready for ceremony to begin. Once ceremony begins, with honour and respect to other participants, we will have to consider that circle is open for those in attendance only.
